Be Strong Movement - Mouvement Sois Fort

The Be Strong Movement has its roots in the ten-person Earl Jones Victims Organizing Committee that helped expose the Earl Jones Consultant and Administration Corporation alleged criminal activities and drive this man and his corporation into bankruptcy in early July 2009. In unifying the victim group we were able to assist the professionals involved and experience unprecedented speed and efficiency in the progress and subsequent investigation and arrest of this alleged financial predator. The power of unity and cohesion towards a common goal is evident.

Question: What does “BE STRONG” signify?
Answer: It works on two levels:

Government Level
Within Canada, the Federal government has to consider the human rights of Canadians and BE STRONG in its approach to white collar criminals who are destroying the lives of Canadian citizens.

Looking outward to the global marketplace, the Federal government has to BE STRONG on white collar crime and erase any perception that Canada’s economic environment is a risk for foreign investment.

Personal Level
It signifies that individual citizens, victimized by white collar criminals, must BE STRONG to manage their way through their financial crisis, get the support they need, and not let it destroy their spirit.

BE STRONG is also a collective call to action to all Canadians to join together to support those who are victimized… and to affect changes in the justice system that better deter white collar crime.

BE STRONG refers to the need for investors to empower themselves with the knowledge required to recognize and avoid financial predators.

Question: How would you characterize what you plan to do?
Answer: BE STRONG has three points of action:

1. Change
Legislation, oversight and sentencing to deter white collar crime and ensure Canada’s commercial credibility in the world.

2. Support
Any victim of white collar crime with financial, emotional and administrative help.

3. Educate
Canadians with information and techniques required to avoid being victimized.

Please note: This web page is UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

In an effort to get the message out for all victims of financial crime, the Earl Jones Organizing Committee, advocates for aggrieved investors, has assembled initial information on this site. Additional information and links will be provided soon.

Unfortunately, in Canada today, financial crime does pay.

We have recently seen countless, large-scale financial fraud cases in Canada: Mount Real, Norshield, Norbourg, Triglobal, Globex, Earl Jones Corp., and most recently, PML - just to name a few. Convictions are few and sentencing - if any - is minimal.
